Is there any sweeter a place to married? Probably not! Throughout this venue, you’ll find gorgeously preserved maple wood flooring and exposed brick, which compliment any wedding day.
Centrally located, The Charmant Hotel lends itself well to my style of mixed documentary and formal portrait coverage with its abundant natural light and curated furniture. There’s something magical about the juxtaposition of a wedding gown and an exposed brick wall from the late 1800s. The Charmant has an added bit of old world Wisconsin romance from room to room and the high wood-beam ceilings and chandeliers make creating portraits there a fun adventure. It’s proximity to downtown allows for us to explore locations in and around La Crosse with ease. I find that being able to capture images with varied backgrounds without racking up tons of driving time, really helps a couple relax into each other and enjoy their day and doing their wedding photos.
Unique to The Charmant Hotel is its dual ability to host an intimate wedding where love and connections are punctuated by blue skies brimming with clouds on the rooftop deck, while also being the perfect location for hosting friends and family and the getting ready portion of the day. Bridesmaids can gather around, enjoying pastries and handmade confections from the Sweets Bar while basking in the glow of light from the bank of windows that lead out to the rooftop deck. Each room has been deliberately decorated and provides an awesome backdrop for detail shots as well as those coveted moments just before and after donning the wedding gown. A better place to get your party started, you’d be hard pressed to find!
