As a La Crosse-based photographer, this is one of my favorite venues to shoot. The natural light, the angles, and the city energy just outside the windows — it all comes together beautifully.
A Real-Feeling Wedding Story
Alyssa and Jordan wanted a wedding that felt like a celebration without feeling like a production. “We wanted it to feel like us,” Jordan told me during their walkthrough — “somewhere warm, full of people we love, and close to home.”
They held their ceremony in the front of the ballroom, sunlight pouring in through the arched windows as a family friend officiated. Their reception flowed right into the same space — dinner, toasts, and a packed dance floor just as the sky outside turned gold.
Later, we stepped outside for downtown portraits, letting the streetlights and fading sun create a little magic. It was the kind of night you don’t want to end — and the kind of story that feels right in a space like this.
