Ice Cream Wedding
This Ice Cream Wedding marks a great end to last years wedding photos. This wedding took place primarily in the La Crosse area. I loved that I knew the bride and groom as well as a lot of the wedding party. The groom, a motor enthusiast, has anything and everything to do with things that have engines. Knowing her man, the bride bought him cuff links that had the gear shifting icon engraved on them. The hilarious thing is that the shirts didn’t have the cuff link holes cut into them! So the guys being crafty and all quickly pulled a blade from their pockets to cut the holes open. Lets hope the rental place doesnt charge for that!
The brides dress had beautiful detail from head to toe as well as a very long wedding veil that reached the end of her dress. If I had to describe the bride I would use words like Powerful. She had a diligent eye for detail. Her formal ceremony and reception included things like a stringed quartet, a large cathedral, and a personal touch of class around every corner. Their getaway car was a vibrant purple Challanger. Of which the groom sped off into the distance.
A few of my favorite moments…
I loved the energy of the whole group. I also loved the fact that she saved the last two shots of the first vodka that they had originally shared as a couple. The party was crazy. And finally…they bought me Ice Cream…you can never go wrong with Ice Cream.
